I adore Kiwis they are so moisturizing, pack-full of flavour and easy to make as healthy snack. They are excellent as dehydrated snack and don´t take too long to prepare at all.
Many people that I know that aren´t peticularly fond of kiwi as such they love them when they are dehydrated as the flavour changes slightly.
Hower here is a good idea:
4 kiwis processed in a food processor after beeing peeled
add 3 leveld tbsp of coconut palm sugar process further and pour the puree into icecle moulds and leave in the fridge until ready. You can slide a slice of kiwi in the mould for decoration if wish.
It´s popping good!
